In fact, cleaning up your diet is one of the best ways of counteracting this habitual process. Our Nutritional Group Cleanse program is designed to educate you on the benefits of detoxifying the organs of your body, such as, liver, colon, skin, and digestive tract. Toxins accumulate in these organs over time, which can negatively affect your health and energy levels.

During the Cleanse, you will be given numerous suggestions on dietary choices and rejuvenation procedures that will purge, rest and repair the major detoxifying systems of the body. This can be done without the need to alter daily activities to any great extent. At the end of this 10-day cycle you will feel re-energized, and possibly lose more than a few pounds in the process.

Roman Petrocelli, a Holistic and Lifestyle Coach, administers the 10 Day Cleanse. The price is $125 for each person, or $200 per couple, and includes all group meetings, plus supplementation/vitamins to enhance the cleansing process.

The group meets three times during the ten day period; with each meeting is approximately an hour. Please call or email us for upcoming dates.

• For groups of 5 or more, a mini-cleanse can be scheduled prior to April.
