Program Design

A detailed program which includes stretches, corrective exercises for posture, strength and stability exercises, is developed based on your specific goals and needs. This will be done based on data collected during the evaluation and assessment process. There is no additional fee for this service.

60 Minutes
$85

Hour training sessions are recommended when beginning an exercise program. In addition to strength training, certain stretches specific to your program are taught, which take time to learn. Each client progresses through their program at a different rate. After approximately 10 sessions, most are ready to move to a 45 minute workout if training twice or more per week.

45 Minutes
$65

45 minute training sessions are recommended once you are comfortable performing your stretches and your own. Stretches will be performed alongside your trainer and by your trainer, depending on your specific needs.

30 Minutes
$50

30 minute sessions are recommended for those able to perform a warm-up, and stretching program on their own. The time with your trainer is spent on specific exercises. This session is more intense, and training 3 times per week is recommended for the 30 minute session to be maximally effective.
